TLDRPro operates on a tiered access model:

• Free Tier: Prose-mode signal extraction with AI-generated compliance labeling.
• Pro Tier (Paywalled): Topological signal graph extraction — causal, semantic, and intent layer analysis with VC/research-grade signal scoring.

Specific usage limits, pricing, and feature availability are published on the pricing page and are subject to change with notice. AI-generated outputs across all tiers are labeled and subject to the same compliance obligations.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. AI-generated analyses are provided for informational purposes and should not be relied upon as professional advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AURIONEX SYSTEMS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aurionex Systems and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable Singapore law (primary jurisdiction of Aurionex Systems). For users in the European Economic Area, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence apply and are not overridden by this clause. GDPR and AI Act obligations apply to all EEA users regardless of governing law.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
